Our retainer package comprises of 3 options, Package 1, Package 2 and Package 3, which are all designed to facilitate all class of businesses. The larger the package to larger the savings.

Here are some advantages of having an IT support technician on a monthly retainer:​

1. Guaranteed support - provides quicker response time and priority treatment
2. Cost-effective- Cost you less in terms of just hiring for a one-off project
3. Expertise - This can offer accessibility to expertise that's costly to maintain in-house
4. Flexibility - Can be adjusted based on demand of services needed
5. Immediate access - Access to technician to resolve matters urgently (on or off-site)
6. Dedicated hours - Provides a customer with a dedicated number of hours and visits
7. Payment - One fixed payment at the end of every month
Important:
Services provided will be based on number of systems within the agreement. All other additional projects out of this agreement other than what was initially agreed upon, will require discussion.
RETAINER PACKAGE
PACKAGE 1
1. Minimum 2 computers maximum 5
2. 1 site visit per month (assist with any current or pending IT issues within office).
3. 5 hours remote assistance (remote support to office for any technical issues, any day, anytime).
4. Prompt response to all retainer clients (if issues arise, online or onsite support is guaranteed).
5. General maintenance (All systems listed within the agreement are maintained internally- externally- software).
6. $250.00 per computer

PACKAGE 2
1. Minimum 5 computers maximum 10
2. 2 site visit per month (assist with any current or pending IT issues within office).
3. 10 hours remote assistance (remote support to office for any technical issues, any day, anytime).
4. Prompt response to all retainer clients (if issues arise, online or onsite support is guaranteed).
5. General maintenance (All systems listed within the agreement are maintained internally- externally- software).
6. $200.00 per computer
PACKAGE 3
1. Minimum 10 computers and above
2. 3 site visit per month (assist with any current or pending IT issues within office).
3. 15 hours remote assistance (remote support to office for any technical issues, any day, anytime).
4. Prompt response to all retainer clients (if issues arise, online or onsite support is guaranteed).
5. General maintenance (All systems listed within the agreement are maintained internally- externally- software).
6. $190 per computer
​​​I.T Support services OUT of retainer are as follows:
1. Call out charge $500.00 (inclusive of first hour).
2. $175 per hour on every hour after the first hour.
3. Emergency call out $800.00 callout charge (inclusive of first hour)
4. Individual computer maintenance $500 per computer additional to call out.
5. Online or remote support (calculated and billed on hours spent at $175.00 per hour)
